Michael Wolfson combined his Diploma in Food and Beverage Administration with his Degree in Economics to bring strong business skills to his love of culinary arts.

With over thirty years of work in the food industry, Michael has held a number of challenging and rewarding positions. This has included work with a small natural foods manufacturer, running his own food brokerage and consulting business, work with OMAFRA and his current position as Food and Beverage Sector Specialist with the City of Toronto.

In his capacity as an industry advisor, Michael sits on the Greater Toronto Agricultural Action Committee, Ontario Culinary Tourism Steering Committee, and the Toronto Enviro-food Working Group.
